What is Poké?

Poké is a popular dish that originated from Hawaii. Traditionally, poké bowls are made up of rice, diced raw fish and vegetables. It’s so popular in Hawaii that it’s considered Hawaii’s “hamburger and hot dogs” which can be found in most, if not all, supermarkets in Hawaii.

The West coast fell in love with the cuisine when it landed in 2011. Poké food trucks and restaurants started popping up all over the West coast and it became an instant hit! Then, swept through the Midwest and finally hit the East coast by 2015. Now, it’s one of the hottest cuisines on the up trend!

Our poké bowls consist of a variety of bases, different types of protein (raw fish, chicken, shrimp or even chickpeas for our vegan customers), and an assortment of vegetables and fruit, topped with our signature sauces. Our ingredients not only are fresh, healthy and gluten free (except for noodle base) but also delicious. Try one for yourself!
